RAY Endurance offers virtual gait analysis and consultation with a licensed physical therapist, virtual run coaching and customized training plans. We provide evidence-based guidance to help runners of all levels achieve their goals, prevent injuries, and improve overall movement efficiency.

Virtual gait analysis & consult

$149/session

60-minute virtual assessment via Zoom with a licensed Physical Therapist. Will analyze your running form and implement strategies for refining and improving it to improve running efficiency, running economy, and prevent injury. Includes movement screen and corrective exercise prescription.
